I’ll admit I am not the best writer in the world and I find myself sitting here staring at this screen trying to figure out what to say.. I have so many things I can type about this awesome couple.. Just don’t know where to start. Being a wedding photographer is an amazing job as David and I are able to be a part of such an intimate day in people’s lives.. we are watching/capturing people celebrating one of the best days of their lives and it really is just a blessing to get to see that almost every weekend. I really love Meg.. She has worked so hard with her wedding plans and was a bit on edge, maybe stressed a couple of times before the actual wedding day.. This is a pretty common feeling with most brides, I know. When I showed up to photograph Meg getting ready, she was one of the most calm and happiest brides I have photographed to date. I seriously loved watching her throughout the entire process. She literally smiled the entire time and was so amazingly happy and enjoyed every moment of her big day!!! I was very excited for her!! Then there is Halsey.. what a fun guy!!! We really got to see his personality the day of the wedding and they are such a perfect couple together!! David and I wish Meg and Halsey the best and want to say thank you so much for allowing us to photograph your wedding!! ~Amy
I have to put a little note in here to say.. I absolutely adore Meg’s mom.. what an amazing woman!! I had a lot of laughs with her and am so thankful to have met her!! I also love these 2 photos below..Neat idea to carry the rings on her necklace…Meg had all the bouquets monogrammed.. love it!Had to share the next round of images.. Meg wanted laughing shots with each bridesmaid.. it was a lot of fun!!Handsome group of men!!Love the bottom series of images… Meg was stunning!!Check out these awesome boutineers. What you see are blueberries. Meg knew Halsey liked blueberries.. such great details!Above… ALL the groomsmen gave Halsey a golf ball.. He literally had to stuff them all in his pockets during the ceremony.. hilarious!!Seeing his bride for the first time…The beautiful couple!!Ride in the black cab to the reception.. all these cars would honk and Meg was so adorable.. she would wave to everyone!!
