I just want to start out by saying I am in love with this session..love love love it!!!   Brooks and I chatted before their session and we started brainstorming on some ideas for a vintage picnic inspired engagement session… Brooks was too cute, she said on the other line that she was taking notes :-)  Brooks and Lee spent days gathering from family and friends some of the most perfect props for their session..  they really did an amazing job!!

David and I met Lee and Brooks at her father’s home (gardening is a hobby of his and his backyard was gorgeous!!) and set up their picnic..What a perfect location for their session!  We had such a wonderful time with the two of them!!  They are truly a wonderful couple and we can not wait for their big day!!!  I hope you enjoy their session and have a Happy Monday!

Travis and Adelle Graham have been friends of ours for a few years.  We have really enjoyed hanging out and getting to know them in that short period of time. They are an amazingly talented and creative couple that are head over heels in love for each other…. I met them at a photography workshop a few years ago where they were modelling  for the class… I remember thinking how Adelle had the most beautiful red hair,  and Travis… well… not much hair at all… haha… (that’s me laughing at my own joke)…:)

Travis and Adelle started their own photography business (check them out here) and asked us to take some images of them to possibly be used for their “about us” page on their site… AND… they wanted to go with a “MadMen” inspired theme… WE WERE THRILLED!!! After a few hours spent searching the web for some “inspiration” from the show, we had our ideas..now we just needed our subjects to pull it off… and boy did they ever… (remember? They were modelling for a workshop when we first met?) They nailed the poses, They wore early 60′s style clothing, and managed to even get a sweet ride for some of the images… We photographed this in busy, beautiful downtown Greenville and the trickiest part was to keep people (who were obviously not dressed for the session)  out of the background…:)  Long story short, we love our clients and friends, and the two are always synonymous.  We also had a blast with this session and hope Travis and Adelle have something they can use… Last but not least, we hope you enjoy theses images and call us when your ready for your awesome session with us!!

What can I say?!!?  We love this couple… David and I met Erin and Bruno at Erin’s parent’s home in downtown Greenville.. Erin and Bruno live in DC, but will be married at the Cliff’s Keowee Vineyard’s Lakehouse in September.. They flew into town for their engagement shoot and we had a blast.. I asked Erin what type of feel she wanted from her session.  She said a more high fashion type shoot.  She had seen our sneak peak from our Mad Men inspired session and wanted something fun like that.   I am going to have 2 parts to this engagement session blogged…one from their home and one from their downtown warehouse with their awesome cars.. Such perfect locations for what Erin wanted out of her photo session.. So, without further ado, here is part 1… Enjoy! ~Amy

Love this below.. Erin is touching up her lips before we begin and Bruno is ready..he he!!!
